1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the products by ProMotion Sports ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). By purchasing a Product or Service, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Description

The Products are designed for sports training. The Seller provides a detailed descriptions of the Products on the website or sales platform.
The Player Assessment Services are designed for information purposes. The Seller provides detailed descriptions of what's included with the specific option of Player Assessment Service on relevant website page.

3. Pricing and Payment

The price of the Product is as listed on the Seller's website or sales platform at the time of purchase direct via the website.
The price of the Service is as listed on the Seller's website or sales platform, payments are made via invoice received within allocated timeframe agreed upon on Invoice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The Seller will ship the Product to the address provided by the Buyer.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

The Buyer may return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the Product is unused and in its original packaging.
A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned Products, unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds, minus the applicable restocking fee, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
The Seller is not liable for any delays or lost packages once an order has been assigned a tracking number and transferred to the courier for delivery. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, the responsibility for any delays or missing packages transfers to the shipping carrier.

5.1. Football Rebound Boards & Customised Products - No Refund or Exchange Policy

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all sales of personalised or customised Products are final.
The buyer acknowledges that We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any Football Rebound Board that has been assembled and/or used. This policy is in place because the product's value and condition are significantly altered once it has been put together and used for its intended purpose.
The Seller does not provide refunds or exchanges for Products that have been customised at the time of sale.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or sales platform.
